Civil Engineer Position
Pioneer Design Group, PDG, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, work well in a team oriented environment and excel at solving problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited university
- Have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- 3-5 Years of experience with a focus on Site Development/Land Development
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings for construction of Civil Engineering site improvements within a team supported environment
- Provide good communication internally and externally with the development team
- Preparation of cost estimates, earthworks analysis, storm drainage reports, and permitting documents
- Work within a budget and time line to complete tasks in an efficient manor

Entry Level Civil Designer Position

- E.I.T Certification preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Interest in Site Development/Land Development

- Work closely with the project engineer
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, earthworks analysis, storm drainage reports, and permitting documents

Survey Technician – Field/Office Hybrid Position
Pioneer Design Group, PDG, is seeking a Survey Technician – Field/Office Hybrid to join our team. The successful candidate will be a hard-working, self-motivated, quick-learning Survey Technician for both field and office work.
Qualifications:
- CST or LSIT preferred
- Knowledge of Trimble, Leica, and GPS desired
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work outside year-round, in all environments
- Office duties as required
- Perform construction staking for grading, buildings, private and public utilities
- GPS and conventional control set-up and traversing for boundary determination
- Survey research, note taking, and sketching
